Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all hair purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and
confirmed.

Product Quality
We take pride in offering premium-quality hair extensions. Each bundle is thoroughly
inspected prior to shipping. However, because raw and natural hair varies in texture and
color, slight differences may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipping. During promotional
periods or high-volume sales, processing times may be extended.

Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as
delivered but not received. Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of
checkout.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. Please review your
order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Custom Orders
Any custom or special-order products (including pre-orders or made-to-order items) are
also non-refundable and final sale.

Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from CBC Hair & Extensions, you agree to our no-refund policy and waive
any right to dispute charges or file a chargeback with your payment provider.
